Overthinking

It's like having a nasty bug in your head telling you everything you don't want to hear, attacking you at your weakest points, and confirming all your worst insecurities. You think so much that you can't relax enough at night to sleep. You're left awake for hours with nothing to accompany you but your thoughts. You feel trapped in your own head.
